SYLVI

After spending the past ten years working and learning from some of the top winemakers and winery's in the world, Even has gone off to launch his own Winery called Sylvi Wines. An artistic expression of winemaking with labels designed from prints painted by Even.

 

For most of his life Even explored and thrived while trekking around the Fjords of Norway and the Pacific Northwest's Puget Sound. Ever since he was younger, he was fascinated by nature and art, both are two very important components of wine. With each vintage the balance in the vineyard is influenced by that seasons weather. Going into harvest it is important to respect the balance of the grapes, working to capture the essence of the site from that season. With various viticulture and winemaking practices a winemaker can leave their mark or as Even likes to say "their unique artistic expression.
